This is a part-time internship role that will take at least 6 months and below you could see the responsibilities and qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS

3rd or 4th grade university students preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering
-
Flexible schedule to work 3 days a week for min. 6 months
-
Advanced level of English
-
Excellent command of MS Office
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
-
Provide support to P&C team members in all People & Culture related operational tasks
-
Assisting Recruitment processes end-to-end (schedule interviews, keep interview files up to date...)
-
Take an active role in the organization of trainings
-
Manage personnel files (creating new and removing terminated)
-
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of P&C data and records
-
Preparing announcements and completing translations when needed
-
Follow up agreement processes with stakeholders
-
Take part in ongoing HR Projects (Orientation, Language support program...)
-
Follow up on daily activities
