Regional Sales Manager

Responsible for sales in the area of responsibility
Responsible for regular visits to customers in the region in a defined route plan
On time and accurate reporting
Following up the performance of all customers in his/her territory
Monitoring and reporting market trends and competition activities
Ensure stock availability with all customers & take orders from customers
Follow and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Establish strong and candid relations with all customers
Execute marketing and sales plans in individual markets to ensure business objectives are being met in timely and efficient manner
Maintenance of critical data relating to business such as market sizes, market shares, key product category business (actual and potential), quality/service issues, competition activities etc.
Maintain effective relationships and communication with all stakeholders
