We would like to provide our staff with new friends that will develop the work with us in the following manner.The work will be in the Health tourism department Effective communication with customers and responding to their inquiries Experience is necessary to know how to deal with clients (patients).
Proficiency in English is a prerequisite.Persons to be employed as a guide must have a license from the relevant public institution. (from which institution)If the personnel is a citizen of the Republic of Turkey, in the last 2 (two) years, at least B2 level from the TÖMER Health Tourism Language Proficiency Exam, at least (D) level from the Foreign Language Proficiency Exam (YDS) or from the Assessment, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) According to the criteria determined by the YDS (D) equivalent foreign language document.
Aranan Nitelikler
- Bachelor or Vocational School (Tourism Department) is a must.
- Graduates of universities in Turkey or abroad whose equivalence is accepted by the Council of Higher Education, or having an associate degree/undergraduate degree providing at least 2 (two) years of education
- At least B2 level from TÖMER Health Tourism Language Proficiency Exam in the last 2 (two) years
- At least (D) level from the Foreign Language Proficiency Exam (YDS) or Assessment
- Must have YDS (D) equivalent foreign language certificate according to the Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) criteria.
- Having at least 1 (one) year of call center experience in the last 5 (five) years,
- Able to use MS Office programs actively,
- Preferably with a Driver's License
- Willing to work in a team,
- Male candidates must have completed military service.
- Possibility to travel abroad.
