ABOUT THE TEAM

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Technical Team Lead to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all SAP-related developments, integrations, and system enhancements.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP architecture, development, and customization, as well as experience with new technologies.

Lead and manage the technical development of SAP-related projects and integrations.
Ensure system enhancements and developments are aligned with business requirements and technical standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end solutions.
Take ownership of SAP integrations with third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and trends, including SAP BTP, to recommend and implement improvements.
Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP systems. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP landscape.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a SAP Technical Lead or similar role.
Strong expertise in SAP development (ABAP, Fiori, UI5) and integration technologies (IDocs, OData, APIs, etc.).
Experience with SAP BTP and other cloud-based solutions is a strong plus.
Familiarity with SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI, and/or others.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
