We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer for our awesome team!
As a Test Engineer within Lely PD, you will responsible for the testing and quality measurement activities.

We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer for our awesome team!
As a Test Engineer within Lely PD, you will responsible for the testing and quality measurement activities.

Design, develop, and maintain test case scenarios - Execute test scenarios for functionality, regression, integration and performance testing
- Analyse and report the test results and logging test outcomes
- Ensure quality goals are met by providing test strategy, test plan, analysis of delivery items, risks, environmental needs and status reports
- Define testing metrics to improve quality, efficiency and productivity
- Conduct quality audits and compliance checks to improve quality goals
- Conduct historical analysis of test results to identify trends and report on areas of the software that require attention to improve overall quality.
- Review existing operations in own area of work and implement innovation processes to generate new ideas and ensure continuous improvements are delivered.
- Provide leadership to others in the testing domain, build required capabilities for testing, support other testers with necessary skills and tools to achieve quality goals.
- Capable of taking the Chapter Lead role

BS degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related area - 5+ years of experience in QA engineering/software testing process and methods
- Excellent understanding of testing concepts and the role of QA in the software development lifecycle
- Experience in Microsoft Windows Server OS, Databases / SQL
- Experience in Android and i OS mobile apps
- Familiar with testing frameworks
- Working experience with agile methodology
- Experience in the tools used in test automation development, such as Selenium, Cucumber, Appium is a plus
- Knowledge of Java programming language is a plus
- Collaborative team player, strong interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical thinking skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Successful in the time management and compatible with flexible working hours
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and can handle changing priorities
- High ability to following business processes
- Eager to developing own capabilities with growth mindset.
