Responsibilities
- Appliying language & study abroad program visas with direct customer contact
- Consultate customers on the phone and during face-to-face meetings for Pre Departure Information
- Represent EF at fairs, offline events, and info meetings
- Achieve upselling targets and meet customer expectations
- Be a team player
- Strong interpersonal skills and outspoken personality
- Fully fluent Turkish language skills
- Oral, and written fluency in English B2 Level
- Passion for travelling
- Very strong communication skills
- Proactive with a team spirit, thriving under high pressure towards busy environment
- Experience of working or studying abroad
