We are seeking a talented and experienced Accelerator Kernel Lead Developer to join our dynamic team at EPAM AI Compiler.
In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of developing high-performance kernels for AI machine learning applications, collaborating with experts in computer architecture, ASIC design, and neural network compilers to propel our next-generation computing solutions.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop state-of-the-art machine learning graph compiler
• Optimize and benchmark key machine learning applications across our hardware and software stack
• Create and enhance performance analysis and estimation infrastructure to improve compiler functionality
• Develop and fine-tune high-performance runtime engine
• Integrate developed software seamlessly into leading machine learning frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve integration and performance goals

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development focusing on C/C++ and Python
• 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
• Proficiency in algorithms, data structures
• Capability to benchmark, analyze and optimize performance of machine learning applications
• Experience in developing machine learning graph compilers and runtime engines
• Background in integrating software with machine learning frameworks
• Knowledge of processor and computer architecture
