We are looking for a self-driven and energetic Administrative Assistant for our Kyiv Administration team.
Areas of responsibility:
- Managing correspondence
- Front door maintenance
- Welcoming visitors/customers
- Work with suppliers
- Ordering office supplies
- Receiving telephone calls and other information enquiries and directing the questions to the relevant person
- Income/outcome correspondence coordination
- Help with preparation and organization of events and meetings
- Documentation work
- Translation of the documents: letters, contracts, notary papers, etc
- Providing the assistance of Administrative department
- Higher education
- Upper-intermediate level of English
- PC literacy (MS Word. Excel, Power Point)
- Relevant working experience is an advantage
- Experience in travel arrangements is an advantage
- Responsible attitude and good team working skills
- Ability to establish priorities and plan, coordinate own work
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, meeting deadlines
