Air Advisor, an international Legal Tech startup operating in the EU, USA, Turkey, and Ukraine, specializing in protecting air passengers' rights in case of flight issues, is looking for a Claim Manager / Customer Support Specialist who wants to grow and is ready to learn something new.
Responsibilities:

• claims submission to relevant airlines, tracking and follow-up communications;
• submitting complaints to NEB, if needed, managing communication with them;
• working with legal partners for claims handling and collection (LBA and in-court);
• managing the case progress;
• communications with customers and customer support.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English;
• Experience in customer service roles;
• Attention to detail and deadlines;
• Personal qualities: high productivity, honesty, integrity, quick self-learning, analytical and open-mindedness;
• Resilience to stress and readiness for overtime;
• Education abroad is a plus.
