Ciklum is looking for an Office Manager to join our team full-time in Kyiv.
We are a custom product engineering company that supports both multinational organizations and scaling startups to solve their most complex business challenges. With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines industries and shapes the way people live.

Responsibilities

• Frontdesk maintenance
• Visitors reception, calls distribution, newcomers welcoming
• Couriers/post coordination & keeping the registers/checking Ciklum mail box distribution of the mails
• Support for requests for international sending of parcels and documents
• Working with JIRA, accepting/processing internal requests on various types of support
• Coordination of suppliers and making sure office stock is sufficient
• Participation in the teams move
• Office facility check conduction
• Assistance to the Facility Administrator

Requirements

• Education — higher
• Experience with supporting office daily routine will be a plus
• Advanced computer user (Microsoft Office package, additional software is a plus)
• English — Upper-Intermediate
• Client-oriented attitude and smile
• Calm, self-organized, responsible, initiative
• Solid organizational skills
