Requirements:

• 1,5+ years of commercial experience as a UX/UI specialist.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.
• Understanding desktop and mobile material guidelines.
• Understanding the principles of atomic design and design systems.
• Proficiency with design & prototyping tools such as In Vision, Sketch, and Figma).
• Desktop and mobile platform portfolio examples.
• Ability to turn ideas and business requirements into sketches, prototypes, etc.
• Passionate about investigating and researching to perform exceptional UX.

Responsibilities:

• Develop user-centric design concepts and solutions based on project requirements and user feedback.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the final product.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine design solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate the user experience.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems, style guides, and documentation.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior designers when necessary.
