Your project: Ad Connect. It is a business that specializes in building communication platforms, as well as Saa S solutions for traffic management and increasing user retention. Our project portfolio includes: web products in the social discovery, advertising network, Saa S solution for user retention. Our products have millions of users from all over the world – North and South America, Europe, Australia, and the list of markets is constantly growing.
We're on the lookout for bright and eager minds to join our Support & Moderation Team and help us maintain a happy, safe, and thriving community.
This role offers the flexibility to set your own schedule, a chance to hone your written English skills, and an opportunity to enhance your communication abilities. We're searching for individuals interested in a long-term commitment.
You will:
- Resolve Users' chat/email/phone in the future queries and enhance their product experience;
- Moderate user-generated content (visual & text), user profiles, and reporting policy violations;
- Conduct occasional research projects;
- Directly report to the Head of Support & Moderation.
- Has good written and oral English skills;
- Can work night shifts and on Saturdays-Sundays (the team works 24/7);
- Owns a personal computer with stable internet access;
- Is open to working in rotating shifts.
