We seek a results-driven, visionary leader to join Ad Connect Rn D as our Senior Sales/Commercial Manager. In this role, you'll take ownership of our sales strategy and revenue growth, reporting directly to the CEO and having high potential and perspectives to lead your own Sales team based on successful KPI performance. You will:
- Drive revenue growth by implementing your ideas and conducting new marketing tests.
- Enhance client relationship management by building strong partnerships (main markets: US, EU).
- Manage current 6X budgets impacting overall unit economics through your data-driven decisions, and create a strategy to 7X scale.
- Influence any business unit to achieve project KPIs and personal goals.
- Research, launch, and scale new verticals.
- Build and lead your own Sales team from scratch based on successful KPI performance.
From you:
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets for business.
- Strong analytical capabilities: proficient in analyzing data, spotting trends, and identifying business growth opportunities to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills: ability to effectively convey ideas verbally and in writing establish strong client relationships, and collaborate with team members.
- English level: Advanced.
Will be an advantage:
- Good understanding of the advertising ecosystem and performance marketing platforms (Meta, Google, etc.).
- Experience in investment funds, FMCG, Big 4 firms, and consulting will be a significant advantage.
