We are looking for an Application Manager for MS Dynamics 365 for a project in the retail industry. You will play a key role in the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics 365, and take care of the environments (installation of software packages, creation of users, allocation of user profiles, start/stop environment, and management of LCS).
Your role

• Ensure day-to-day operations and support the company-wide implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 in collaboration with external service providers and internal contacts
• Handle the administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including the setup and management of user accounts, roles, permissions, and license management
• Manage and maintain the cloud infrastructure in a Microsoft Azure environment and assist with support requests and troubleshooting
• Monitor system performance, keep an eye on possible optimization needs, and thus support the improvement of the infrastructure of the entire group of companies
• Form the interface to the service providers and are responsible for licence management

Your skills

• At least 4 years of experience in the development and administration of company-wide software solutions; preferably with MS Dynamics 365
• Sound knowledge in the cloud solution area, ideally in MS Azure
• Strong customer and solution orientation
• Good knowledge of the English language
