We are looking for a skilled Security Administrator with OKTA experience to join our Sii Ukraine team. You will be working on the implementation of a new HR platform and integrating of IAM systems with the HR master application.

Your role

• Implement Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions to ensure secure access to applications, systems, and data for authorized users
• Entitlements and Role management, Business Role Definition
• Integrate the application with OKTA, this may involve integrating technologies and standards such as SAML, OAuth, LDAP, and RBAC
• Conduct IAM audits and assessments: to identify vulnerabilities, gaps, and areas for improvement
• Provide IAM support and troubleshooting and resolve incidents related to user access, authentication, and authorization

Your skills

• At least 5 years of experience as an Analyst, Technical Engineer, or similar role in the Identity Management and Security
• Experience with advanced configuration of directories (Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, etc.)
• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management or Account Management is preferred
• Previous work with Java, Java Script, and SQL
• Working knowledge of Eclipse / SAP IDM
• Certification and experience in the development of IAM platforms, at best in Okta
• Experience in the creation and maintenance of Okta Workflows (including Okta API) to implement new solutions/processes
• Fluent English
