Our client is a leading specialized digital agency in Cyprus, providing innovative digital marketing solutions for businesses in Ukraine and abroad. Due to active expansion, we are looking for an experienced Banking Compliance Specialist who will ensure compliance of banking operations with legal requirements and the company's internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that bank transactions comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Developing, updating, and enforcing the internal policies to comply with legal standards.
• Responsible for opening and closing bank accounts.
• Working closely with banking partners to respond to all compliance requests.
• Identifying and assessing the risks associated with the bank transactions.
• Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Preparing reports for management as required.
• Investigating and resolving potential compliance issues or breaches, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Liaising with regulatory authorities and stakeholders on compliance-related matters.
• Staying informed about the evolving regulatory landscape and best practices in banking compliance.

Requirements:

• Higher education.
• Experience in banking compliance.
• Skills in developing and implementing internal policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in English at a high level.
• Ability to work in a team and interact with various stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Confident use of office software.
• Dual citizenship (including European).
