Logistics Specialist
FULL TIME

- Import of spare parts. Full support of inbound supply chain (trucks and avia).
- Outbound shipments to Partners. Registration, maintenance of orders, control over their execution in NERP, outbound supply chain
- Posting and control of payments for logistics services
- Work with existing and potential carriers (concluding contracts, providing tenders for transportations, ordering deliveries etc.)
- Work with 3PLs (warehouses), inventory controlling
- Preparation of reports on logistics services
What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- 3+ years of relevant experience (preferably on position of Logistics Specialist, Supply Chain Specialist)
- English - B2, Ukrainian - native/fluent
- MS Excel proficiency, ability to work with big data (advanced formulas, pivot tables, statistical modeling, forecasting)
- Preferred industries: Consumer Electronics, FMCG, Retail
- University Degree in Logistics, Economics, Finance
- A ‘can do’ and positive attitude, and the ability to perform well under pressure, always providing the customer with more than they were expecting
- The ability to stop, review, measure and document challenges/opportunities and bring them to the attention of the relevant stakeholders for support and resolution
- Be able to cope well with change and the ambiguity which may exist while change is affected
- The ability to put the customer and their experience/journey first
