Financial Analyst in Business Intelligence Team

Your expertise:
- Experience with financial KPIs, including expertise with P&L
- Participating in forecasting, what-if analysis or building statistical models
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in analytics or relevant field
- Experience with Microsoft Excel or similar tools
- Analytical skills, experience extracting actionable insights from data
- Knowledge in SQL or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik View, etc.)
- English level — Upper-Intermediate
- Experience with Python or R for analytics purposes and data collection
- Decent market rate compensation depending on experience and skills

- Identify sales and growth opportunities by analyzing our financial data, key product metrics and delivering insight into shifting trends
- Develop and maintain robust financial reports and dashboards using BI tools, ensuring accuracy and relevance for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing analytical support and identifying areas for improvement
- Create accountability within the company by developing appropriate metrics and introducing insight that can influence our teams to achieve our broader targets
- Translate complex financial data into actionable insights, making recommendations to optimize business processes and achieve financial goals
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as required, addressing specific business questions and providing timely, accurate information

As a Finance Analyst in our Business Intelligence (BI) team, you’ll be at the forefront of financial analysis, leveraging cutting-edge tools and collaborating with diverse teams. Your primary focus will be on providing insightful financial reporting, analysis, and strategic recommendations to drive informed decision-making.
You will work with a skilled BI team, composed of Analytics and Developers that solve business challenges with innovative technology solutions. You’ll interact with our team members, Finance, Product teams and with other teams around the globe.
