Learning & Development Specialist

Your expertise:
- 5+ years in a Learning and Development role, preferably within a tech or IT-driven company
- Proven experience in designing and delivering both technical and soft skills training
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Hands-on experience in creating and implementing L&D programs from scratch
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Advanced English proficiency (C1+), both written and spoken
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and lead L&D initiatives without supervision
- High level of creativity and adaptability, with the ability to design innovative training solutions
- Technical understanding of programming languages and IT environments
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical staff
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development

- Work with internal stakeholders (developers, Tech Leads, People Team, management) to identify training needs and prioritize learning objectives
- Create and execute a comprehensive Learning and Development strategy that addresses both technical and soft skills development
- Liaise with the People Team, department heads, and other key stakeholders to align training initiatives with overall company objectives
- Develop customized learning programs that may include in-house workshops, e-learning courses, and external vendor partnerships
- Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of L&D initiatives, including skill improvements, engagement levels, and course completion rates
- Develop or curate relevant learning materials, ensuring that content is engaging and meets the needs of technical professionals
- Keep up with trends in learning technology and adult learning theories to continuously improve the company's L&D offerings

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the Technology learning strategy from the ground up. This is a critical role for our development teams as they seek both technical and soft skill enhancement. You will work closely with specialists in the teams and management to identify learning needs and deliver impactful programs that align with business goals.
This is an autonomous role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate is an experienced L&D professional with a background in the IT industry and the ability to create tailored learning experiences for technical professionals.
