Junior Game Designer

Bitmedia Labs - an international product IT company, has been in the industry since 2014, effectively functioning on a worldwide scale with a crew of 100+ ambitious and highly skilled professionals, creating successful projects in domains such as online advertising systems for the crypto space, blockchain games, and NFT products.
Main responsibilities:
-
Formalize and document the design to communicate it to the project teams;
-
Calculate the economic model in the game (expenditure and income of the game currency, complexity curve);
-
Create tasks based on Game Design Document (GDD) for art, development, and other units;
-
Conduct quality control of tasks.
Requirements:
-
1+ years of proven experience in a similar position;
-
Strong knowledge of game design (gameplay, player psychology, game mechanics) and UX;
-
Experience in maintaining game/technical documentation;
-
Knowledge of in-game economy and balance;
-
Analytical and formal thinking, able to break problems down into their key variables and identify the relations between them;
-
Work experience with shipped products;
-
English level – Intermediate +;
-
Passion for games.
Nice to have:

Interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency;
-
Understanding product Live Ops cycles.
