Main responsibilities:

• 
  Assisting customers with their questions, concerns, and issues related to a product or service;

  Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction;

  Solving user problems by answering tickets in Zen Desk;
  
• 
  Moderation of players who violate the rules of the game.
  

Requirements:

• 
  1+ year of experience working as customer support or related role;
  
• 
  Understanding online games and how they work;
  
• 
  Basic knowledge of the world of cryptocurrencies and blockchain;
  
• 
  Stress resistance and the ability to avoid conflicts;
  
• 
  Positive attitude and desire to develop;
  
• 
  English (Upper-Intermediate).
