• Extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management.
• Strong project and change management skills and experience.
• Successful logistics experience in the FMCG or Pharmaceutical industry.
• Mentorship and leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to guide and develop direct and indirect reports and teams.
• Deep understanding of warehouse operations, customer service operations, including processes, IT, and staffing.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), SAP and other logistics technologies.
• Fluent English language skills.
• University degree.
