REQUIREMENTS

• Understanding the implementation and support processes of different software or previous experience in technical support (CRM or ERP systems)
• Basic knowledge of SQL/DB
• Fluent in Ukrainian and at least an intermediate strong Uzbek language
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Stress resistant, responsible, and attentive to details person
• Mature research skills
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
• Willingness to work in a team and study
• Skills in working and understanding technical documentation

Will be a preference

• Pre-intermediate strong English level
• Experience in the implementation and support of CRM or ERP systems

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implementing the company’s software products, installation, configuration, and user training
• Working with MS SQL databases (working with data), and Data dashboards (OLAP cubes, Power BI, etc.)
• Providing technical support for software products, analyzing and resolving incidents (system errors, data exchange errors, etc.)
• Researching and provisioning of solutions to different issues
• Consulting customers on the configuration of the company’s software products
• Working with customer requests in the support system
• Participating in internal and external project works
• Upgrading and testing software
