Our Tax Department contributes to tax analysis, compliance, and strategic support.

IF YOU ARE

• A holder of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Management, or related fields
• A tax professional with 3+ years of experience, ideally from a Big 4 firm or a multinational corporation, with expertise in corporate tax law, international tax, and transfer pricing
• Proficient in contractual analysis, capable of evaluating the tax implications of intercompany, vendor, and service agreements, proposing adjustments, assessing risks, and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations
• Skilled in handling tight deadlines and collaborating effectively across teams
• Knowledgeable in accounting principles and international financial reporting standards (IFRS)
• Proficient in tax research and experienced in conducting tax audits to verify compliance with Group entities
• Strong in MS Excel for tax calculations and data analysis
• Fluent in English at an Upper Intermediate level for effective business communication
• Comfortable working under pressure and adept at solving complex tax problems
• An excellent communicator with strong presentation skills
• Familiar with Sales Tax (considered a plus)
• Professional certification (e.g., Dip IFR, ACCA in progress) as an advantage

AND YOU WANT TO

• Work on tax analysis of contractual agreements, providing input on tax implications for intercompany, vendor, and service contracts
• Ensure transfer pricing compliance and coordination
• Perform regular internal tax audits of the Group’s entities to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement
• Prepare analyses of potential tax incentives, including R&D tax credits in Group locations
• Conduct Permanent Establishment (PE) risk analysis
• Monitor international tax changes to anticipate impacts on Group operations
• Review tax legislation in potential new locations to support strategic expansion
