Overall, Soft Serve's Employee Communications Team seeks to provide a wide range of communication services to raise associate awareness about critical issues in our organizational life, increase Soft Serve's ability to achieve its goals and cultivate relationships based on trust and transparency.

IF YOU ARE

• An experienced communicator with a background in philology, journalism, or a related field
• Passionate about language and its nuances, with an understanding of both British and American English
• Excited about translating ideas across HR, marketing, business, and corporate communication for real impact
• Tech-savvy, keeping up with the latest trends and understanding how major companies like Tesla, Meta, Amazon, and Google use technology for effective communication
• Skilled at turning complex messages into clear communication that resonates with different audiences
• Detail-oriented, paying attention to spelling and punctuation, ensuring accuracy in every message
• A team player enjoying collaboration with others to measure the communication impact
• Naturally creative, always coming up with fresh ideas to engage and inspire others
• A holder of C1-level English certification (IELTS, TOEFL, etc.) which is a plus

AND YOU WANT TO

• Support effective communication and strategy via managing corporate tools, including Workplace, Staffbase, Outlook, MS Teams, and Screen Cloud
• Coordinate communication planning and execution by collaborating with stakeholders
• Ensure alignment in tone, voice, and design, explore new formats, and analyze the effectiveness of each communication type
• Plan, execute, and analyze communication campaigns across various channels to drive engagement and raise awareness
• Gather data and insights on campaign performance, operational communications, and tool engagement to optimize our approach
• Create compelling content by adding emotion and meaning to emails, posts, posters, GIFs, videos, and more, blending art and strategy
• Provide cross-functional support by working with teams across the organization to drive awareness and set clear expectations through end-to-end communication campaigns
• Contribute to a global team environment by supporting PR and CSR initiatives to build a strong network of communication specialists
