A Snapshot of Your Day
The Internal Coordination and process excellence profile implements and manages communication strategies within the company, ensuring consistent internal cooperation and fostering an efficient, trustworthy atmosphere within the team. Additionally, the candidate in the position of Quality Manager ensures compliance with both global and regional quality requirements by elaborating, implementing, and maintaining company standards, internal instructions, and documents.
How You’ll Make an Impact

Organize and manage internal corporate events and initiatives (general coordination; work with suppliers; content preparation, budgeting, and coordinating internal processes such as order preparation, payments, and financial documents).
Create and distribute newsletters for employees concerning internal changes, initiatives, and processes, ensuring employees are informed and engaged.
Prepare internal meetings for the entire company, including content, presentations, general moderation, and the development of interactive formats.
Assist Company Management in implementing and maintaining global and regional quality requirements.
General coordination and support of colleagues in preparing and distributing company standards, regulations, and instructions.
Develop and maintain internal documentation to support business and corporate operations.

What You Bring

University degree
2-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding corporate communication process.
Experience in marketing is a plus
Knowledge/experience in Quality and ISO Standards is a plus
Experience with SAP is a plus
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office required
Fluent command of English language in writing and speaking

Qualifications

Proactive and creative mindset, with the ability to work independently and take responsibility.
Deep involvement in company internal processes and the general atmosphere within the team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adjusting to changing demands.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with suppliers.
Problem-solving skills, with the capacity to address both basic and complex issues related to receiving and invoicing.
High personal integrity, respect for rules and regulation.
