Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Customer Order Desk located in Mukachevo, Ukraine.
Reporting to Supply Chain Supervisor, the Customer Order Desk role involves daily communication with Customers regarding demands, POs, commits.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Making forecasts analysis, providing outputs, conclusions and suggestions to the Team and Customers
-
Providing confirmations to Customer and information about deliveries of their Pos
-
Providing Longterm commit to Customers
-
Ensuring intime production and shipment of goods to Customer
-
Preparing shipping documents and sales invoices
-
Sales Forecasting and Sales Execution follow-up
-
Customer Demand Level load
-
MRP load into ERP system
-
Maintain KPI targets (OTD/Lv C)
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in materials or related field.
- Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills
