We’re opening the position of a Junior HR Manager to our internal department. It’s a great opportunity for a proactive and responsible specialist to kickstart a career in our dynamic company.
Lviv office.

Responsibilities:
Manage employee onboarding process
Be the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding policies, processes, and procedures in the company
Conduct 1:1 meetings with employees and monitor their satisfaction and potential risks
Actively participate in performance management (organize performance review meetings, moderate and summarize the results)
Manage offboarding process
Provide consultancy for management on human resource-related issues, provide guidance, and/or resolve complex people-related issues
Coordinate learning activities (provide access to training platforms, consult about appropriate types of trainings) and determine the educational needs of the company employees based on data from the monitoring results and competency
Provide advisory services for the professional development of the company employees
Actively participate in other HR-related activities (if needed)

Requirements:
0,5+ years of experience in HR management
A University degree
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Good knowledge of MS Office
Be responsible, reliable, initiative, proactive, sociable, and result-oriented
Conflict resolution skills
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Location – Lviv (ability to attend the meetings in office)
English level – Intermediate or higher

Will be a plus:
Understanding of the software development sector and IT market
Additional courses and trainings in the field of organizational psychology, HR management, coaching, etc.
