Junior Node.js (Ukraine) Engineer

Purpose of the job:

Our client is world leader in the rapidly changing environment of communications technology – by providing hardware, software, and services to enable the full value of connectivity. We are looking for a skilled Node JS Engineer to join our team.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Research, evaluate, estimate, and implement technical solution for business requirements
Suggest technical and functional improvements to add value to the product
Participate in architecture and design sessions on a regular basis
Work according to Agile development process

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

MUST HAVE:

Experience with Node JS and Type Script
Expertise in developing applications using Next.js
Solid experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Knowledge of No SQL databases, such as Mongo.
Experience with AWS services
Experience with version control systems such as Git
Intermediate knowledge of CI/CD approaches and tools

WOULD BE A PLUS:

Expertise in integrating frontend React.js and backend systems to build scalable web applications
Knowledge of React
Knowledge of Redux
Knowledge and experience working with AWS Chime
