We are seeking a seasoned Lead Camunda Developer to spearhead the development and deployment of a central workflow/task management tool aimed at enhancing the efficiency of store openings and remodels.
This role demands a collaborative approach with the Rolling Stores team, other developers, and various stakeholders to ensure the flawless execution of technical solutions.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement a central workflow/task management tool utilizing Camunda
• Create automation and structural solutions for tasks in coordination with other teams' backlogs
• Lead and guide a small team of developers, possibly remote, in the execution of workflow management and automation tools
• Uphold high-quality coding standards and adhere to best development practices
• Integrate the workflow management tool with other systems and services using tools like Kafka and APIs
• Collaborate extensively with cloud and system engineering teams to ensure solution reliability and scalability
• Work closely with the Technical Product Owner to clarify requirements and priorities
• Participate actively in sprint planning, task estimation, and backlog management
• Provide ongoing support and optimization for deployed solutions
• Address and resolve issues, and engage in escalations as necessary

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a lead developer focusing on workflow management and automation
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Camunda or similar workflow management tools
• Proficiency in automation/release engineering tools such as Git Hub
• Familiarity with Kafka, APIs and other integration technologies
• Background in cloud and system engineering to ensure scalability and reliability of solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Capability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and speaking, is essential
