We are looking for a Lead .NET Software Engineer (Azure) to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development and maintenance of robust and scalable REST APIs and microservices using .NET Core / .NET 6+, ensuring seamless integration with the Employee’s Hub.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable REST APIs and microservices using .NET Core / .NET 6+
• Implement and manage security protocols for APIs, including data encryption, OAuth, and compliance with industry standards
• Develop and maintain unit tests using frameworks such as x Unit, NUnit, or MSTest to ensure code quality and reliability
• Utilize profiling tools and performance monitoring to identify bottlenecks and optimize backend performance
• Work with Azure Dev Ops to create and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth and automated deployment processes
• Utilize Docker and AKS for containerization and deployment of microservices, ensuring high availability and scalability
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for APIs, microservices, and backend processes, ensuring transparency and ease of maintenance

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• Proven experience as a Back-End Developer with expertise in .NET Core/.NET 6+
• Familiarity with .NET Core, Azure Dev Ops, Docker, Azure SSO, AKS, and performance monitoring tools
• Deep understanding of securing APIs and ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Experience with Office 365 APIs and Graph APIs
• Knowledge of OAuth2 and REST API
• Proficiency with unit testing frameworks (x Unit, NUnit, MSTest)
• Experience with profiling tools and performance monitoring
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex backend issues
• B2+ English level proficiency
