Lead Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant

We are currently looking for an experienced Lead Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion applications, particularly in functional consulting. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle EBS/Fusion applications to meet business requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement, configure, and support Oracle EBS/Fusion applications to meet business requirements
- Analyze complex business processes and provide functional solutions using Oracle Fusion functionalities
- Lead fit-gap analysis and functional configuration
- Gather and document business requirements, and provide solutions to improve business processes
- Manage Support Life Cycle and SLA management
- Work on data migration and integration projects
- Interact effectively with stakeholders and end-users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion applications
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules such as Financials, SCM, and HCM
- Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business processes
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, functional configuration, and providing solutions using Oracle Fusion functionalities
- Domain expertise in specific areas such as Finance, Manufacturing, or HR/Payroll
- Experience in Support Life Cycle and SLA management
- Knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL
- Strong root cause analysis and code debugging skills
- Experience in data migration and integration projects
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and interact effectively with stakeholders and end-users
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level

- Oracle certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional
- Knowledge of Hyperion/EPM/PBCS
