Lead PHP Software Engineer

We're looking for a technically strong individual with deep knowledge and broad experience in PHP and AWS to assume the responsibilities of Solution Architect for our project.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead software development, coordinate developers team efforts and development process among developers to ensure seamless collaboration and efficiency
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to development teams in architectural best practices
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into the architectural roadmap
- Conduct code reviews and technical documentation reviews produced by the team, ensuring compliance with best practices and project requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3+ years of experience playing a team or tech lead role, designing and implementing complex tech solutions
- Strong command of PHP, with expertise in the Laravel framework
- Profound understanding of Architectural Design principles and patterns
- Proficiency in DBMS, notably My SQL; familiarity with Amazon S3 is advantageous
- Demonstrated hands-on coding ability
- Experience with AWS
- Experience with Java Script language & React + Redux framework
- English proficiency at B2+ level
