As we continue to grow, we are seeking an entry-level Market Research Operations Specialist. The Market Research Operations Specialist will be instrumental in managing and maintaining our data systems, coordinating projects, and supporting the research team with critical data analysis and report preparation.
This is a full-time remote position, open to candidates located anywhere in Ukraine.

Responsibilities

Project Management

• Asana & Airtable Coordination: Manage and maintain the Asana portfolio by creating projects using templates, aligning data between Asana and Airtable, and ensuring consistency across platforms.
• Weekly Material Preparation: Prepare and transfer weekly materials to Airtable for team use.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with team members and the manager to ensure smooth project operations and data integrity.

Data Management

• Data Collection & Entry: Capture and transfer data from Facebook Ads Manager and Instant Forms to Asana, Airtable, cloud folders, and analysis documentation.
• Data Cleaning: Regularly review data to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
• Data Analysis Support: Assist researchers by analyzing data in Google Sheets and preparing preliminary reports.

Reporting

• Report Preparation: Draft and format weekly reports based on research findings, ensuring they meet company standards for style and presentation.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree.
• English Proficiency: B2 level or higher, as the manager communicates in English.
• Technical Skills: Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and spreadsheet software (Google Sheets/Excel). Proficiency in Asana is required.
• Background: Familiarity with consumer behavior, market research, or a marketing/sales background.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to assist with data analysis and report generation.
