Junior Marketing Designer

We seek a Product Designer to help us build and scale our end-to-end CTV platform, enabling advertisers and media owners to reach audiences across all screens and devices where Connected TV content is consumed. To deliver a great user experience and delight our customers, the Junior Product Designer will be helping in processing user research insights, supporting in designing user interfaces, and supporting design system.
Responsibilities
- Research, sketch, prototype, and test product design decisions
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Support of design discovery activities to help define products, features, and user requirements.
- Support and development of design system that unifies the user experience across the product
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional experience in Product Design.
- Portfolio and work samples including solution of web-design, and web-interfaces of real commercial work, including design process (research, modeling, ideation), along with unused drafts
- Strong sense of visual hierarchy, typography, color, and spacing.
- Knowledge about design process and UX research
- Able to work cross-functionally with stakeholders, clearly communicating design rationale
- Able to work and iterate fast providing multiple solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills with a mindset focused on fast iterations and continuous improvement.
- Proficient in Figma and prototyping
- Passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation
- Stay up to date with the latest Ul trends, design systems, and emerging best practices
- Must be able to communicate with U.S based teams
- Ability to work 11 am — 8 pm EEST
