Senior Test Engineer (Automation)
FULL TIME

- Solid proficiency in Python or Java Script (Node JS/Type Script) (5+ years)
- Ability to write and execute clear and consistent code
- Strong ability to analyze and identify testing deficits along with the ability to write accurate tests
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Build custom tools and automation to help us maintain, monitor, and work with our infrastructure and services
- Collaborate with engineers to improve developer experience and processes around testing our software
- Continuously optimize infrastructure and resource usage for performance and cost-effectiveness
- Use creative thinking to figure out unique ways to test out our platform
- 5+ years of professional experience in automated test engineering or a related role
- 2+ years of manual testing experience
- 3+ years of experience in API automation, Integration and E2E testing
- Experience with both Selenium Webdriver and non-Selenium tools like Playwright/Puppeteer/Cypress
- Familiarity with test runners (Pytest/Jest)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and experience with test automation integration including Git Hub Actions and Jenkins
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for staying current with the latest testing trends and technologies
- The desire to take a high level of ownership of the things you work on
- Ability to learn new things quickly, maintain a high bar for quality, and be pragmatic
- Must be able to communicate with U.S based teams
- Ability to work 11 am — 8 pm EEST
- Experience with AWS, including its services and infrastructure.
- Our current testing framework utilizes Python, Pytest, Selenium Webdriver and Selenoid.
- The tech stack for our new testing framework will be defined based on the project requirements and the input from the automation team.
- We test against dedicated testing environments, as well as Docker images.
