About the Role
Tune In is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our small but mighty Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role on the team and make a significant impact in driving user retention and engagement at Tune In.
As the Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the execution and launch of marketing programs across email, push, and in-app messaging via our marketing automation tool, Braze. You will play a crucial role in supporting the entire marketing team, contributing to the success of company initiatives, driving revenue growth, and delivering a best-in-class consumer marketing experience for Tune In. This role will give the right candidate the ability to gain broad, hands-on experience across various marketing functions and make a meaningful impact at the company every single day.
Who You Are:
You have a background in building marketing programs within a CRM tool. You are excited to work in a fast-paced growth environment, get your hands dirty, and play a major role in launching customer journeys, automations and marketing campaigns.

What you will do:
The Marketing Specialist will manage the day-to-day execution of lifecycle and product marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include:
  • Owning end-to-end production of marketing programs across email, push, and in-app, including setup, QA and scheduling
  • Hands-on execution of complex omnichannel lifecycle marketing flows within our customer engagement platform, Braze
  • In-app merchandising and content management updates within our internal CMS tool
  • Coordinate cross functionally with the marketing team to manage timely execution of campaigns in alignment with the content calendar
  • Manage execution of experimentation roadmap
  • Conduct data analysis and evaluate campaign performance to help shape future strategy
  • Ensure compliance with email, push, and subscription guidelines in all relevant geographies with respect to privacy and other legal regulations
  • Embrace new tasks and projects across the marketing organization to actively support the team, including but not limited to ASO, SEO, and paid growth initiatives
What we are looking for:
  • 3+ years of marketing experience. A focus on marketing operations, CRM and/or marketing automation preferred
  • Hands-on experience building campaigns from the ground up using a customer engagement platform. Braze experience is a big plus
  • Extremely detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong project management skills with a bias towards action. Moves quickly, easily manages multiple projects simultaneously and adheres to deadlines
  • Proven success in managing unfamiliar and ambiguous projects across diverse marketing channels
  • Understanding of HTML a plus but not required
  • Experience with marketing personalization is a big plus, particularly experience writing in Liquid or other open-source template languages, though not required
  • Strong data analytics skills
  • Prior experience working in consumer or mobile app marketing preferred
  • College graduate with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient English language (C1-C2 level), both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in professional settings
  • A positive team-player with a passion for marketing
