We're hiring a Production Operator.

You will be responsible for professional operation of the treating machine, treating of the hybrid corn seed based on the plant manager, shift leader, group leader and current work instructions.
Your Challenge:

• Treatment mixing, proper operation and seed treating according to recipe created by the Plant manager and according to the shift supervisor's instructions.
• During treating taking samples and send them to the seed testing laboratory.
• Recording the amount of treatment used per batch on the Use of Treatment Data Sheet.
• Professional operation and maintenance of the treating machine, its repair if necessary, and the continuous operation of the Up Base system.
• When changing breeds, cleaning of the machines and equipment of the treating line as well as the treating tanks. When changing the treatment, complete cleaning and flushing of the system
• Knowledge of and adherence to the quality objectives and expectations of the Afumati seed plant. In all areas of work, following the qualitative and quantitative goals set by Pioneer and to meet these expectations.
• The work is performed by the Quality Management System based on the Treating Work Instruction.
• Taking responsibility for the workforce being under control, in terms of performance, quality of work and safety training.
• Knowledge of the quality objectives and expectations of the Afumati seed plant, and adherence to them. In all areas of work, Pioneer is committed to following the quality and quantity goals set by Pioneer and meeting its expectations.
• Immediate reporting of non-conformities discovered by the quality management system to the workplace manager.
• Protects tools and values of the company. There is an obligation to report any deficiencies detected to the employer's representative.
• Comply with the Du-Pont Pioneer safety and fire protection regulations as well as the mandatory use of personal protective equipment during work. (Helmets, safety goggles and safety shoes must be worn on site.)
• Obliged to treat all company related information in a confidential manner.
