QA Engineer (with Gaming experience)

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Manual QA Engineer to join our team in Ukraine - Lviv/Kyiv!
About the job:
What You'll get to do:
- Establish and enforce best practices for testing and quality assurance, contributing to the overall stability and reliability of our gaming server platform.
- Develop and maintain detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases for RGS functionalities.
- Perform functional testing to validate that the RGS works according to specifications.
- Identify, track, and report bugs and issues, collaborating with the development team to resolve them.
- Work closely with the development and operations teams to coordinate on new releases and features.

- 2+ years in a QA Engineer role, preferably in the gaming industry.
- Hands-on experience with RGS or backend testing for gaming platforms.
- Familiarity with RGS protocols, including JSON, REST APIs.
- Familiarity with Postman
- Monitoring systems knowledge (e.g. Graylog)
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management software (e.g., JIRA, Test Rail).
- Knowledge of QA best practices, methodologies, and processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Strong English level (at least Intermediate).
- Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.
