You will work closely with our Business Development, Delivery, and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure our engineers are optimally utilized across our global locations (Ukraine, Colombia, Europe).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Resource Management, HR or Recruitment roles within a technology company.
- Proven track record of successfully managing resource allocation and project staffing.
- In-depth knowledge of the IT industry, with a strong understanding of outsourcing models and regional variations. Capable of aligning project requirements with business objectives and selecting the most appropriate resources.
- Analytical skills to assess project requirements, evaluate resource availability, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
- Proficiency in English (upper-intermediate level or higher) for effective communication with global teams.
- Delivery:
- Implementing rotations among delivery.
- Building and maintaining a current corporate resumes database, providing resumes in response to requests from the Sales or Delivery.
- Providing project resources (internal or outsourcing).
- Atypical involvement of engineers in projects (part-time, fixed-term, etc.)
- Working with contractors (search/hiring/onboarding/offboarding).
- Proactive informing about the availability of internal resources for delivery.
- Business and Development:
- Creating Ramp-up plans for staffing new teams.
- Formation of budgets for potential teams.
- Providing resources for new projects (internal or outsourcing).
- Proactive informing about the availability of internal resources for new sales.
- Partners:
- Interaction with partner companies (search, establishment of cooperation).
- Selecting and engaging new engineers for the company’s subcontracting needs.
- Recruiting:
- Participation in recruiting activities (syncs, collaboration with recruiters while working on vacancies etc).
- Other:
- Creating and maintaining budgets for External Revenue and External Costs.
- Creating and adhering to budgets for the Pool.
- Making decisions regarding hiring and firing engineers within and outside the Pool.
- Updating the composition of project teams in the HRM and ERP system.
