Senior Data Operations Support Analyst

The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Service Now incidents and follow detailed workflows outlined on Confluence
- Escalate cases to clients and validate data on financial organizations' websites
- Handle case-sensitive data under tight SLAs
- Escalate to the L2 team when encountering unknown scenarios
- Engage in incident and change management activities
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 2+ years of Level 1 experience in Application Support
- Proven experience with ticketing systems
- Excellent communication skills to interact with external users
- Experience in the financial or banking sector is preferred for candidates with an application support background, or candidates with macro-economic knowledge/background willing to work in support
- Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate high motivation
- Fluency in English at B2 level or higher
