Product Manager

Saldo Apps is looking for a Product Manager to join our team and work on our mobile apps for the Finance category.
You can work fully remotely from any location or at the office in the center of Kyiv/Odesa.

Your skills:
- 1 year of experience in building web or mobile products, either as a PM or in collaboration with one.
- Comfortable facing complex challenges and consistently focused on delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Good eye for UI/UX design, and understanding of design principles.
- Understanding of AI (power user of chatgpt), machine learning, and emerging technologies.
- Knowledge of PM tools (we use Figma, Jira, Google Sheets, Metabase), agile development methodologies.
- Understanding of marketing, with the ability to conceptualize and position a product or feature effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
- High level of ownership, demonstrated by independence and willingness to take responsibility.
- Experience in managing personal finances, including budgeting, expense tracking, investments, and financial planning, is a valuable asset.
The team expects you to:
- Own the product lifecycle, from market research and data analysis to defining wireframes, KPIs, and managing design and development.
- Responsible for creating a product brief and detailed business & product requirements.
- Oversee the development process in collaboration with tech & design partners.
- Define and monitor key metrics crucial for measuring the success of the product or feature.
- Conduct research, plan, prepare, and execute A/B tests to optimize the conversion funnel.
- Participate in shaping the strategy throughout the product’s development and growth phases.
- Identify growth opportunities based on data analysis and user insights.

Saldo Apps is part of the Netpeak Group. Currently, about 20% of the Netpeak Group team is involved in various initiatives to counter russian propaganda. Some of the Netpeak Group principles are working with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the cyber police. There are several volunteer projects in which we participate: content creation, advertising on social networks, promotion of Ukrainian products, and humanitarian aid. The NGO “Moye Misto” — which is part of the Netpeak Group — together with volunteers, is currently engaged in maintaining animal shelters, as well as purchasing necessary items for some units of the Armed Forces.
