Ability to work with Figma.
Skilled in motion design, composition, rhythm, and understanding of editing and pacing;
Must be proficient in animating user interface (UI) elements.
Experience in using plugins to speed up work.

Create videos, static ads, and adapt them for various formats across Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Google Ads, and more.
Select assets for future creatives or review existing ones for re-launch in advertising campaigns.
Collaborate closely with creative marketing managers and other designers to bring ideas to life with impactful designs.
Actively participate in team meetings, retrospectives, and brainstorming sessions.
Continuously explore new motion design trends and AI tools to keep content fresh and engaging.
