Total Rewards Specialist

Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening for the Total Rewards Specialist in Lviv.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support flawless Execution of Annual Compensation and Benefits Processes in alignment with all partners to the process (Rewards Co S, Regional Co C, Ni M Co C).
- Contribute to external Benchmarking and Design of Competitive Pay Structures.
- Contribute to job matching and salary submission with external survey providers in order to ensure a robust benchmarking process and reliable data.
- Support effective tracking of costs of Total Rewards per employee.
- Work with HR Services and Co S to ensure data quality of the SF SAP for compensation info types.
- Prepare Rewards Communication material and tools to maximize employee appreciation and delivers training/orientation with the support of HRBPs to increase understanding.
- University Degree (Bachelor's or Master's);
- 1+ years of experience in HR (compensation, benefits, total rewards communication);
- Advanced Excel user (pivot tables, macros, formulas);
- Observance of confidentiality;
- Good analytical and communication skills;
- Knowledge of English language (intermediate level);
- Knowledge of the SAP program will be a benefit.
