Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Architect located in United Arab Emirates
Qualifications

• Experience dealing with Dubai municipality, trashees and DDA .
• DM approved
• Must have at least of 8 years post graduate experience, minimum 3 years in Dubai
• Proficiency in Architectural and Construction Drawings
• Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Experience preparing and managing BIM-based submittals
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Knowledge of Revit and Auto CAD software
• Fit out work experience would be an advantage.
