What you will do

• Be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.
  
• Be a part of the change, drive the revenue and guest satisfaction.
  
• Ensure that guests are receiving service and experience according to the Four Seasons standards.
  
• Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control.
  
• Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.
  
• Be actively involved in employee training and development.
  
• Participate and assist management of the venue with hiring process of new staff.
  

What you bring

• Experience in managing fine dining restaurant.
  
• Fluent in at least two international languages.
  
• Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine is a plus.
  
• Exposed to Michelin Star restaurant is an advantage.
  
• Degree Holder in Hospitality Management.
  
• Previous working experience in luxury hotels and resorts.
