• Identify and target potential clients and business opportunities within the UAE market.
  
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers.
  
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to close deals and ensure client satisfaction.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align strategies and drive growth.
  
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent Redian Software and generate leads.
  
• Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and business development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  
• Proven track record of successful business development and sales experience, preferably in the software or technology sector.
  
• Strong understanding of the UAE market and its business landscape.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
