TXM Manpower are looking to bring on an energetic, creative, driven and competitive Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Dubai.
Day-to-day responsibilities are:
- Create new business through cold calls, attending networking events, promotions to develop new ideas and opportunities
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, by prospecting potential new customers, working with active customers and new business wins
- Forecast sales targets, updating customer details and completing key reporting
- Liaise with our marketing department to implement effective marketing campaigns
- Previous working experience in a Business Development Manager role achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Proven experience in client facing roles in Sales, showcasing clear and strong negotiation skills
- Experience within the recruitment industry in sectors such a Oil & Gas, Construction and Tech
- Experience within the GCC essential for a minimum of 4 years

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
