Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Officer - Arabic Speaker at Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI) located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
The Business Development Officer will be responsible for :

• Client Acquisition: identifying and targeting potential clients in the real estate sector. It's all about finding and connecting with new clients.
• Market Analysis: This involves conducting market research to spot opportunities for business expansion. You'll help us understand where the market is heading and how we can grow.
• Relationship Building: Cultivating strong relationships with clients and stakeholders is crucial. You'll be the go-to person for maintaining these important connections.
• Deal Closures: Leading negotiations and securing business deals will be a big part of your role. You’ll ensure that we close deals that benefit both our clients and our company.
• Networking: expanding your network within the real estate industry, meeting new people, and making valuable connections.
• Developer Relations: This involves identifying, prospecting, and establishing partnerships with real estate developers. You'll be the bridge between us and the developers, helping to create mutually beneficial partnerships.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of Experience in Business Development.
• Corporate Relations and Interpersonal Skills
• Communication Skills
• Training and Organization Skills
• Proficiency in Arabic and English languages
• Experience in corporate communications or public relations
• Experience in Market research and Market Analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
