Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Officer - Arabic Speaker at Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI) located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.

Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Officer - Arabic Speaker at Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI) located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
The Business Development Officer will be responsible for :
- Client Acquisition: identifying and targeting potential clients in the real estate sector. It's all about finding and connecting with new clients.
- Market Analysis: This involves conducting market research to spot opportunities for business expansion. You'll help us understand where the market is heading and how we can grow.
- Relationship Building: Cultivating strong relationships with clients and stakeholders is crucial. You'll be the go-to person for maintaining these important connections.
- Deal Closures: Leading negotiations and securing business deals will be a big part of your role. You’ll ensure that we close deals that benefit both our clients and our company.
- Networking: expanding your network within the real estate industry, meeting new people, and making valuable connections.
- Developer Relations: This involves identifying, prospecting, and establishing partnerships with real estate developers. You'll be the bridge between us and the developers, helping to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
- 2 years of Experience in Business Development.
- Corporate Relations and Interpersonal Skills
- Communication Skills
- Training and Organization Skills
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages
- Experience in corporate communications or public relations
- Experience in Market research and Market Analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
Experience:
- Business Development: 2 years (Preferred)
- English (Required)
- Arabic (Required)
- Driving License (Required)
- Abu Dhabi (Required)
