About Us:
Elite Where Go is a rapidly growing delivery service provider in Dubai, offering reliable and efficient logistics solutions to businesses and individuals. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the business sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to management.
- Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar leadership role, preferably in business sales.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Valid driving license is required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
